Maddy is blown away at the top of the Faisaliah Tower in Riyadh

We went for afternoon tea at the top of the Faisaliah Tower in the centre of Riyadh, as you can see from the photo it was a little breezy at the top. I struggled to maintain my dignity in my abaya.
